Error when submitting a suggestion

I tried to submit a suggestion and got an error response:

Warning: require_once(/home/gamerpetitions/live/home/gamerpetitionsadmin/live/gamerpetitionsadmin.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/gamerpetitions/live/home/Aardvark/live/global.php on line 155

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/gamerpetitions/live/home/gamerpetitionsadmin/live/gamerpetitionsadmin.php' (include_path='.:') in /home/gamerpetitions/live/home/Aardvark/live/global.php on line 155

I don't know if my suggestion went through, I tried twice with the same result.

I have been trying to submit my suggestion, but every time I hit suggest I get the error "Issue was empty".

Add a Captcha, remove spam comments.

Spam comments on almost every petition. A captcha would help with that, as well as giving the staff the ability to trash the comments.

I just noticed that in Chrome, there's a Facebook icon in the footer, but when I looked in Firefox, it wasn't there. You might want to look into it.

Always remember to cross-check your stuff before you push it to the site.

You might have been looking at the dev site on one browser and the live site on another, or were looking at a cached version of the site.

Fixed

Signature 1035 doesn't have a flag for it's country code.

For some reason it was assigned a country code of "A2" which isn't a country code. It results in a missing flag image on the lists of signatures on the petition

Edit: Some googling tells me that A1 is "Anonymous Proxy", A2 is "Satellite Provider" and O1 is "Other Country", perhaps these should be added with a question mark image as their flag?
